Personal Data Protection
Information about the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is Recrufy Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Przykładowa 123, 00-001 Warsaw, entered in the National Court Register under KRS: 0000000000, NIP: 0000000000.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Providing electronic services for making content available on the platform - the legal basis is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- Carrying out the recruitment process (when applying for job offers) - the legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the Labour Code;
- Fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- Pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), including statistical and analytical purposes.
3. Data Recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, including IT service providers and accounting service providers, whereby such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Controller and solely in accordance with the Controller's instructions.
4. Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point 2, and thereafter for the period and to the extent required by generally applicable law.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
6. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
7. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision
Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding a contract/providing services. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to provide services by the Controller.
8. Automated Decision-Making
Recrufy uses artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze candidate CVs. The scoring result is purely auxiliary and advisory - it does not constitute automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The final recruitment decision always belongs to a human.
